Of almost being stranded

> So,

It was the last day in London,
Which started off perfectly,
Church, Phonsus and the Liaws.

> Met up with the Liaws at Westminster Pier,

Walked across the bridge,

Tricked Euvy to look out for Peter Pan at Big Ben,
And most of all had a great time joking around with them.

> Then it was time for us to part,
Tube will be on strike from 16:30,
So gotta get to the train station before that,
Mind you my train is at 20:30.

> That's where my bad luck starts,
Got to Kings Cross and wondered why are there so many people around,
When I got to the big big sign that tells you about the trains,
I got a big shocked.

Departure :
Hull - cancelled
Newcastle - cancelled
Edinburgh - cancelled
Leeds - pending

Heavy snow up north.

> I waited,

And waited,

Praying that my train is delayed,

Instead of cancelled.

> Finally,

At 22.15,

"The 20:30 train to Leeds will depart from Platform 2"

Rushed to the train and got my seat.

THANK GOD!

> Luckily the last stop for the train is Leeds,

I practically slept throughout the ride,

Not realising we've stopped 6 times!

Definitely will miss my stop if it goes all the way to Edinburgh or something.

p/s: never mess with a sleeping grumpy girl... trust me on that

> Woke up at 4 in the morning,

To find messages from my roommate saying,

"Dearest 606-c lady, you just missed the heavy snow fall and awesome snow ball fight"

G-R-E-A-T.

> Got to the coach station at 5.45,

Left for London at 5.55,

Was suppose to reach London at 10.10,

But only reached at 11.45 because of terrible traffic.

> Met up with my darling Liaw family,

Shop,

SHOP.

> Look at my outfit!

Outfit came together by my own personal stylist,

Mr Lim Wenkie,

Ring him up for advice!

;)

> My bb's battery have been dying quite easily,

It'll run out of battery in like 6 hrs or so,

Got so fed up d,

So i bought myself a backup phone.

> Only 10 pounds!

> Will be meeting up the Liaws' again tomorrow,

And going to church with Phonsus!

Can't wait!

p/s: oxford was crazy today... never ever go there on a weekend...

After abandoning my blog for such a long time,

I can finally sit down,

And finish a decent blog post...

It's my last year here,

Will be missing UK alot,

Except for the gloomy weather.

And I think about it alot,

If a couple are sooo use to being apart,

Will they have trouble being together?

But I know Wenkie and i will pull it through,

I just came back from dinner and karaoke,

With my darling netballies,

Oh I love them to bits.

Jane : Serena! You dated the longest. When are you gonna get maried?

Me : *smirk* When i get PREGNANT! MUAHAHAHAHAHAH!

> And i was the only one laughing,

I certainly do have a weird sense of humor huh?

Oh jeez.
